JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting on a Regional level, you will be tasked with providing consultancy on legal matters to the parent group and subsidiaries, in close coordination with internal and external local counselor when it corresponds, in order to provide a legal service that properly protects the institutional interests, minimize the operational risks that the group and subsidiaries participate in, to prevent future conflicts. Supervise and work with local legal areas for the establishment of policies, procedures and reports that provide operative information for each area and identify areas for improvement.
