Consolidated Breweries Plc is a subsidiary of Heineken International B.V. We are a Group comprising of four breweries located in Ogun, lmo, Benue and Akwa lbom states in Nigeria with a brand portfolio that includes “33″ Export Lager Beer, Champion Lager Beer, More Lager Beer, Williams Dark Ale, Turbo King Dark Ale, Hi-Malt and Maltex Non-Alcoholic Malt Drinks. 
With over 30 years brewing experience, we are one of the major players in the industry and have continually contnbuted to the growth of the Nigerian economy. We are looking for talented, focused and determined individuals to fill the positions below:
AREA SALES MANAGER – DISTRIBUTORS
THE ROLE 
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure achievement of area volume targets for his/her Sales Area.
- Ensure competitive distributors margin via on-time communication and realistic target setting.
- Increase availability of products with distributors.
- Imprcve price compliance of distributors over specified period.
- Increase stock levels with distributors.
- Minimise incidence of returned cheques from customers.
- Prospect and create new accounts in his/her Sales Area.
- Ensure timely delivery of credit notes and other communication to the customers.

REQUIREMENTS 
The real candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
- Should provide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
- Should have a mlrurnum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG Company.
- Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013. 
- Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
- Should be willing to work in any of the cities/towns where we have operations in Nigeria,
AREA SALES MANAGER – RETAIL
THE ROLE 
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure the perfect execution of the commercial activities of his/her sales team.
- Ensure coaching and professional development of his/her sales team.
- Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules and guidelines of his/her team.
- Develop the channel, customer and consumer expertise of his/her team.
- Drive the increase of numeric distribution and price compliance within his/her sales area.
- Ensure perfect execution of commercial assets.
- Manage administration of Senior Sales Officers activities for his/her team.
REQUIREMENTS 
The Ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
- Should prdVide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
- Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG Company.

TAX COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT MANAGER
THE ROLE 
The successful candidate reports to the Tax Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Carry out the review of all tax returns – WHT, VAT, Excise duties, PAYE etc.
- Carry out periodic review and reconciliation of financial results/general ledgers to tax returns.
- Monitor and implement the Company’s Tax Control Framework.
- Resolute on the current/outstanding tax audit issues and assessments.
REQUIREMENTS 
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas:
- Should have a minimum of two (2) years post-graduate experience as an Accountant or Tax Officer with a reputable company.
- Should provide evidence of participation in the National youth Service Corps NYSC) scheme or exemption.
- Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013
- Should be a team player. 
- Should have a ‘can do’ attitude to work and work with minimum supervision.
- Should be able to communicate in English language fluently (written and oral) and have the ability to negotiate.
- Should be open to learning and development on tax related matters.
- Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office SUite).
- Should be willing to work in any of the cities/towns where we have operations in Nigeria.
REMUNERATION 
Remuneration attached to the positions are in line with the existing rates in the industry.
