Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client who is a multinational FMCG.
To develop and implement the Regional Sales strategy, based on the agreed national and to achieve volume, realisation and market share target.
Develop and gain approval to overall regional sales business strategy and detailed and specific business strategies by customer.
Achieve volume, profitability and market share targets by category and customer at regional level.
Commercialisation and implementation of agreed Regional Customer Strategy through correct ranging / POP strategy / customer activity plan / promotional grid.
Interpretation of marketing and brand strategies and translation of these into regional market and customer business strategies.  Prepared annually and reviewed quarterly.
Monitor and develop action plans to correct underperformance.
Develop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementation.
Respond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeously.
Development of strategies and action plans to deal with the competitive environment.
Management of expense budgets.
Customer relationship development
Degree from a reputable institution.
5-8 years post NYSC experience working in an FMCG
Computer skills (MS Office) ICDL preferred.
Analytical skills.
Oral and written communication skills
2 years minimum experience in account management, brand or channel management.
